Following organic principals with abdication of any herbicides or pesticides.
100% hand picked, maceration and fermentation on skins for 3 weeks with 20% whole bunch. Maturation on fine lees in french oak barrels (20% new) for 12 month. This wine has been bottled without any filtration or fining process.
Moderate ruby red colour.
Red fruit, red cherry, ripe raspberries, fine chalky tannins.
